Do you charge per driver?
No. Flat monthly rate regardless of how many drivers you run within your plan limit.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You enter the billing cycle for the plan you selected. Cancel anytime before then and you won't be charged.
We use Mercato/SelfPoint. Does Shelah integrate?
Yes — the Pro plan includes live SelfPoint order import and hold/release controls from the dispatcher dashboard.
Can you replace our current driver tracking tool?
Yes. If you're currently paying per-driver for tracking, switching to Shelah Launch saves most stores $300–400/month.
Do the drivers need to install an app?
No. The driver app is a mobile-optimized web page. They open it in their phone browser, enter a 4-digit PIN, and they're in.
